This facility enables you to maximise attendance at these events. Please however make sure you allow sufficient time for us to fully enter your course details, timings and photo's etc on this site, ideally this need to be at least 4-6 weeks before you intend running the course, however, for maximum attendance we would recommend you provide details 2-3 months in advance.
